I purchased these Viconor red light therapy boots a few days ago and I’m honestly amazed by the results. Item was of good quality and expected of price. The boot fits a woman’s size US 10 but appears that it could fit up to a men’s US 11 or 12. It is lightweight and corded for plugging into the wall. The cord is decently long for comfortable use sitting in a bed or chair. It has various red light heat levels and has a timer. The instructions for operating the remote control are slightly confusing to understand but the item is ultimately easy to operate without instructions. Red light takes several times of use to see long lasting effects but in the short time of use we have noticed a lot more flexibility in the foot and ankle that the product was used on.

Item did not work. Plugged it in and the control would not work. Missed the return window and would not recommend. Would give 0 stars if possible. Waste of money!

Hello All, I just got the Viconor Red Infrared Light Therapy for Feet. Only had for a week and can't really say how well it will work on neuropathy. The goal is to help with aching burning feet which I have. The few times I have tried it out it seems to work good. I am starting out on lower settings. The remote is good. But the cords is too short on the remote. I see someone else complained about that. I already fixed that problem by spending $6.00 for an extension cord here on Amazon. You really don't need more length. There is plenty of cord they just made it short for the remote so you have to reach way down to your foot almost to work the remote. LOL ! Buy a Dc Power Extension Cable,5.5mm x 2.1mm 12v Extension Cord 6FT Security Camera Cable DC Male to Female Extender Wire for CCTV IP Indoor Camera Dvr Standalone LED Strip,DC Supply Adapter Brand: SIOCEN cost is 6.99. It fit the remote cable and the connector on the boot. Go figure Amazon has almost everything. I don't think the USB power cord on the Viconor foot boot is 12v I believe it is more like 5v. But works just fine for me. The red lights were on and warming up my foot. Don't look at the lights if possible. Not sure what that does to your eyes. But for the price not bad. Hopefully it works good enough. Good Luck if you buy one.

From when it arrived it cuts out when I try to put it on a setting above 3, and now it cuts out on anything above setting 2. I got very busy when I purchased it and now realise I had only a month return window. It is not very effective as I cannot put it on anything above a low setting. Very disappointing for the price, and for the fact it arrived faulty. Really regret not returning it immediately. Waste of a lot of money.
