we bought it 15 days ago. it worked well for few days. But all of a sudden when we used it 3rd time, after setting the time and temperature , it worked for a second and then stopped. since then it has not been working. Have raised a complain with Agaro as well. We need help here. Give us a replacement or refund.

It works very well. It's useful for home purpose. Quality is decent according to price and lightweight. It is very easy to use compact and dry fast.

This item is very useful to dry the items like chicken, fish and vegetables. It has saved wastage of those, as we could dry, and keep it for future use. It is easy to use and easy for cleaning also. After usage of 2 months, suddenly it stopped working, when I call customer care, they immediately responded and given replacement. Thanks to Anusmita for Guidance and Quick replacement #good customer service.
