MMT 5 Shelf Black Glass Corner HiFi Stand

Looks good, easy to assemble, solid. Worth its price. Recommended!

Bit late to the party on this one as it was a purchase made some time ago but as the product is still in production there are things I feel I should say. Firstly, at the time of purchase there were visible defects in one of the shelfs. It took three attempts to resolve this but once done I thought all was well. Fast forward five years and a few days ago something very unexpected happened. The top shelf exploded, sending my turntable crashing down onto my amp and shooting glass right across my living room. There were no visible issues, nothing fell on it, and there was nobody in the room. After five years it failed catastrophically. I have reached out to the manufacturer and they were very very unhelpful. They don't supply spare parts and were not at all concerned about the safety issue that I pointed out to them, or the fact that my equipment has been smashed about as a result. The flippant response pretty much said, sorry, but we don't care. So in short, looks nice, but best avoided. Quality is poor, and the company making this doesn't care.

Good value but hard to assemble. You have to leave each shelf loose and tighten at the end. This is not easy to achieve

Very nice HIfi rack well made and easy to put together. Loads of room for hifi equipment. Great customer service.

Stylish and exactly as described. Delivery was quicker than expected and the flat packed unit arrived in good order and well packaged. So why not 5 starts, well I had to "fettle" the rear wooden leg as the pins in the glass top would not fit the holes - 3mm out - but still it was fixable and doesn't detract or show. A pity given the overall effect, hot everyone could do this.

Very good unit, strong, has good space for many console which is what I'm using it for. The unit is dam heavy too so it's hard for a kid to move which I liked.
