Perfect fit! My parents purchased the Hamilton beach coffee pot at a thrift store and the carafe was not the original. So I ordered this one and it fit perfectly. Coffee stays hot now!

perfect replacement for the cracked coffee pot for my Hamilton Beach flex brew coffee pot. Because of the sneak a cup feature, the pot has to be the same to work. this is the exact same coffee pot that came with the original purchased coffee maker.

This item seems to be sold in "1.8 litres" and "12 cups", but the 12-cup one never seems to be available. I've bought the 1.8-litre version twice now, and both times it's been the 12-cup carafe (which is what I hoped it would be, since it's hard to find elsewhere). 1.8 liters converts to about 8 cups, so I don't know why they call it 1.8 litres. But I assure you, after having bought it twice, it's the carafe that has gradients along the side that go all the way up to 12 cups. What's even more frustrating is that the picture in the advertisement shows the carafe only filled to 10 cups. It looks like it's a 12-cupper, but it's hard to be sure. I took the risk, and found out it is, indeed, the 12-cup carafe. It's just like the original that came with the coffee maker. I took one star off the rating because the advertisement and purchase options are so unclear.
