Lisle 56200 Air Bag Removal Tool, Mopar

Works like a charm. Had to replace the wheel cruise control switch bank on a 2014 Laramie Longhorn. This tool made removing the airbag springs very easy. Be sure to disconnect your battery before touching the airbag or disconnecting it or it could go off.

Literally the thing you need to remove the air bag. Saves the hassle, scratching, trying to find the dang airbag pins , overall great value for the money and arrived quick and wasn’t available anywhere near me so shipping was the only and best option.

This tool was purchased to help remove the steering wheel airbag on my 2015 RAM 2500 diesel so I could replace the cruise control switch module, mounted on the face of the steering wheel. It is virtually impossible to see the airbag retainers on the back of the steering wheel assy. and this tool made quick work of the process. I used a large inspection mirror and a light to see the slotted location and simply slid the tool in placed and gently pushed down (per the instructions) while gently pulling on the edge of the airbag to dislodge it from the latch assembly. I am certain this tool saved me a lot of effort and frustration.

Need to remove my jeep air bag and without this part is almost impossible

Really liked this it was made to do its job and it does it well... it really just slips in and well, just works i've seen the videos with some one trying it with a screw driver... this was easily worth the price... to me longer to get the two phillips screws at the 6 o'clock position than to get the air bag out...

I didnt really got chance to use it but fellow tech was struggling with airbag job and I noticed so I asked him to use this tool I ordered and tell me if its any good. He pops the airbag out in no time and so much impressed that I have never seen that guy happy like that. He said he is gonna get one too now. So the tool works as advertised. 100% recommend

For the price, do not hesitate, buy it ! Yeah you can use a pry bar, a long flat screwdriver, a hook, etc... But this will slip, scratch panels and be painful. For the price buy this tool and you will pop the air bag out in a snap, effortlessly.
