The pillows are definitely firm not medium firm , but it works for us, supports the neck well because they don’t go flat. Happy with the purchase.

The pillow is extremely soft, got softer and softer every use which becomes not comfortable at all as i use two pillows to suit my neck

Super soft and has smooth cover. It is like using a hotel pillow at home. It came in 2 inside a vacuum sealed plastic.

Perfect size. Recommended
This is the perfect pillow for me. I've been suffering from a painful stiff neck. The physio recommended a firmer pillow. This one seems perfect.
