We bought this after much research for my son's birthday. We received quick shipping, came packaged well and very impressive upon removal. Ready to fly right away and if the propellers were more durable, this would be an awesome heli. The body of the heli is very durable, just as showed on the video. We didn't step on it or anything naturally, but we did fly it. It can handle a crash in the body but some of the lights stopped working immediately and the real disappointment came with the propeller design. There are little black clips that hold the propellers and weight in proper alignment so they can spin without hitting eachother...without them, the heli cannot fly. These popped off after 3 or 4 flights. The heli didn't even land on cement...it was on soft grass and these flew off immediately. Without them, the toy is useless. They seem to pop off easily. We have two other heli's that have the same type of set-up and the same style little things and they never come off, even if my youngest gets ahold them them and crashes them. My guess is it is just a design flaw. If they included extra in the package or made them available perhaps. Still, my son only was able to fly it for about an hour and then...that's it. I would also mention that the remote control is not great quality either. The antenae tip broke off when he pulled it open. Dealing with World Tech however was a breeze! Fantastic company, reimbursed us shipping and price of toy (only right as we had it less than 24 hrs)but still, they were quick, excellent communicators and I couldn't have had a better experience for returning this item. I'm sad it didn't work out. BTW, as far as those clips coming off, it wasn't only for my son that they did this, I flew it too and they came off on me...this time we couldn't find them. So, bottom line, definately for older children or teens/adults (I didn't let my younger one anywhere near it!), durable body for certain, best I've seen, you could be taking a change with it, like us, but this company is on to something. Because of the propeller, if you are not a professional heli flyer, it might be best to pass. For us, it was a lot of money for a huge disappointment. My $25 heli is easier to control, doesn't break and is more reliable. Hope this helps.

Initially it shipped with a dead remote. Seller replaced remote (sort of, long story). Helicopter can not fly in any sort of wind out side and does not have very good control. It is big and clunky to fly and still breaks. Tail rotor motor got damaged and I tried to replace it but could only find the smaller Hercules version that looks and fits the same but does not have enough power to move the helicopter forward. A friend bought one of these too, his broke the first day and his replacement would not charge a battery. No spare parts to buy (maybe cause it's "unbreakable" and its plastic BTW, not metal) means that this will not last long since you won't be able to fix it when you crash it. I guess don't EVER let it crash and you might be ok, if you happen to get one that can charge battery, with a good remote. Stay away.

It's tough to rate as the helicopter only functioned for about 35 seconds. We charged it up and took it outside. It went up in the air, came down on the grass and then just spun in circles on the ground no matter what we tried to do. So it appeared to break almost immediately upon use (by an adult). We attempted to contact the manufacturer for technical support during their normal operating hours (Mon-Fri between 9am and 5pm their local time), but they did not pick up the phone. They did not respond to any of our voicemail messages. After two weeks we finally contacted the seller to return it. The seller was fantastic and immediately processed the return.

Ordered this unit for my Son's Birthday. Arrived on time as Amazon always does. Then it was downhill from there. The unit was charged so my son decided to try and fly it. It did pretty good for about 2-3 minutes and then it lost its charge. He tried to recharge it for 2 days as it it says until the light on the charger turned off but it never did and the unit never recharged. Also the unit never went up again. So we decided to return it and get another unit and that unit did the exact same thing so we decided to return it all together. Of course Amazon was amazing and accepted the return no problem. My son was very disappointed. Do not get this unit since it seems to have some bugs that need to be addressed. Beyond not working the unit looks good and seems to be sturdy. Wish it had worked.
