Very good. But getting very pricey of late

I usually tolerate milk badly, though I take it nevertheless, I'm not about to deprive myself because my tummy disagrees. Anyway, I am astonished to find that when I take these after a glass of milk, I get none of the usual unpleasant effects that drinking milk gives me. I'm really wowed and am buying again, which I didn't think that I would at first before I found this out. I used to take the usual dosage of 1-3 capsules a day but that didn't seem to do anything at all, one way or another, and I told myself that nettle is probably overrated and I shan't buy it again. But I find that when I doubled the dosage then my body responds really well, for example no breakouts even though I've been eating pancakes and chocolates. I couldn't be happier. Will update about my next bottle inshaAllah.

This product would recieve 5 stars if it also contained zinc as a trace mineral.

Searched high and low and not a mention about what minerals and in what quantity it contains. I can only blame myself purchasing this giving in the organic hype and marketing. It might as well has minimal RDA of everything. How is it possible to sell a mineral supplement and not informing the customer how much and what minerals it contains??
