The remote for my old Magnavox small flat screen television that I have in the kitchen had not been working properly for some time. I bought another remote. It did not work and I had to return it. I thought it might be a problem with the television itself. Finally, I tried this remote. The instructions were a bit intimidating at first. I followed them carefully and the first code worked, however! It connected right away. The remote works perfectly. It turns out the programming was easy! The remote is very thin, stylish and inexpensive.

My husband set it up and found, perhaps, the normal tedium with setting up a universal remote. But, eventually, he got it to work for our Phillips Roku tv and a Yamaha soundbar. It's more than a pleasure to finally have only one device to run these 2 devices and actually works better than the remotes we have for the individual devices! That's pretty good for $10! I see no need for spending more. [We saw no need to add the DVD player on to the universal remote so didn't go that far yet.]

Arrived today. Instructions clear, easy to set up. Worked with Roku t.v. The leaflet is normal readable size on normal paper which is a plus. It clearly defines all the keys, and they all work. It is now possible to use numbers to select OTA channels - why I was replacing the remote that arrived with the t.v. Good value compared to similar remote controls that included buttons functions I did not want. Much easier to hold on to then the small one that arrived with the t.v.

Easy to program and it works as it should

It's great... if you like to just enter codes. I was hoping to use it to control my Roku TV and Sony BlueRay player, and it has codes for both. However... 1. If I'm watching TV and want to watch a movie on the player, I have to enter the 4 digit code. Then, once the movie is over, I have to enter the 4 digit code for the TV. I like to watch movies in the dark, so this means I have to turn on the lights just to see the code I'm putting in. 2. It controls Roku, but only on navigating the home screen and using apps. If I'm watching a video on YouTube, my Roku remote will allow me to hit the Back button to exit the video. With this remote, I have to exit all the way out of YouTube, then relaunch the app. I'm sure there's more wrong with this thing, but I gave up. I'm not sending it back, but only because it would be more trouble that it's worth.

Fast and easy setup. Worked immediately

Got this as a replacement for my Sansui as we are in the process of moving and everything got jumbled together and still searching for certain things in storage containers- overall it was pretty easy to set up, instructions are clear, the codes aren’t completely accurate but I learned that code 0001-0005 works for most devices that are compatible. Works for the most part, the only issue we have with it is every button works for the tv except for the up and down buttons, which was needed to connect the tv to the internet to stream services. Other than that the remotes mostly works

Will turn on TV and you can adjust volume and select and navigate streaming services. Will not change channels when using Rogers Ignite TV however, but it does what I want it to do at a reasonable price.

Very happy with this remote! It worked right away with our TV after we lost the original. Super easy to use and set up.

This remote worked well for about a month and then just stopped working. Before it stopped I ordered another one and the second one wouldn’t pair with any TV in the house and it’s a completely different remote. Very disappointed
