Ginkgold and Tintinnitis
I read that ginkgold is effective for treating tintinnitis (ringing in the ears or hearing sounds that aren't really there). I have an acoustic neuroma, which is a benign tumor on the eighth cranial nerve, and causes vertigo, imbalance, dizziness, and funny noises in my ears. Sometimes it's just a high-pitched whine, sometimes it's country music, sometimes it's the Mormon Tabernacle Choir. Thank goodness there aren't any voices telling me to do terrible things....that would require treatment significantly stronger than ginkgold!!!! The ginkgold seems to help, but I find I have to take at least two tablets per day for any degree of effectiveness. As with most herbal remedies, I have to take it consistently for it to work, and I guess there's no stopping point. If you are suffering from imbalance, ringing in the ears, or memory problems, I've found that ginkgold HELPS, but it is not a panacea. You have to avoid alcohol and tobacco (which is difficult -- isn't that how most of us got to this point to begin with?) and you have to monitor your blood pressure and blood sugar. However, as part of a larger program, the ginkgold works, and this particular brand is excellent for doing what ginkgold is supposed to do -- improve your memory, improve your sense of balance, and keep the mysterious conversationalists from interfering with your normal hearing). One word of caution: because it works on your memory center, you may experience very vivid dreams for a time. I've found that the forbidden glass of wine in the evenings helps to offset this particular side effect.....

I have used Ginkgold for many years. 3 to ...
I have used Ginkgold for many years. 3 to 4 tablets at 60 Mg. I have switched to the 120Mg in the past year and take 2 a day. One after breakfast and a second after dinner. My memory seems to have improved significantly since going to the 120Mg tablet and the connection just dawned on me ! Several years ago after having taken the 60 Mg tablets for a number of years, I switched to another brand because the store was "out" of Ginkgold. I didn't pay much attention to the switch and later noticed my memory was getting less "sharp". It then dawned on me the connection and I went back to Ginkgold and have never switched since. This stuff really works for memory improvement. I have tinnitis and didn't know this product is supposed to help and can't say if it has. I also didn't know about the heart rate irregularity connection, which I have had since I switched to the 120Mg tablet. Hmmmm. I'll keep this in mind.

Memory
I absolutely cannot do without my Ginkgold. Every time I think I can stop taking it, I start to notice my short term memory "problems..." Which, for me, manifest in my not being able to articulate. I discovered this Ginkgold Max several years ago (I had been using regular Ginkgold) and found it to be the BEST of all the Ginkgold I had tried. Also, I had been ordering it from another on-line supplement supplier, and because I added it to my subscribe and save at Amazon -- I am able to get it for ALOT less money.

Very effective!
This product works really good. Better than some I’ve tried. Doesn’t make me anxious but helps with focus, concentration and memory. Definitely more productive at work and home with this product.

Cost effective
I was only able to purchase this item in my local health food store. Was paying twice as much for half the amount. To make matters worse they discontinued carrying this item. If you ever doubt that a 'health item' works...stop taking it for a few weeks. That's your 'test'. I could tell my mental clarity just wasn't as good when not taking this product. Thanks Amazon for carrying this item!

Amazing
Honey! let me tell ya! i done bought my grandmother some of this and she has been taking it ever since it arrived in the mail. What amazed me most is how she Remembered the 6 teachers from her elementary school, the phone number from her childhood home and address and the phone number to her old house where her and my grandfather used to live when my mother and uncles were little back than! I’m preparing to buy some myself and i’m only 25 🥴😂 Did i Mention she’s 67 going on 68 and she’s had a time remembering certain things too. (No she does not have dementia) sometimes we all forget where we put down our keys🤷🏾♀️

Could Not Determine an Effect
I bought this herbal medicine on account of my observations that my ability to recall facts has slowed down as I aged. I read the reviews of this product on Amazon and decided to give them a try. I used them for about a month, but I was unable to notice any effect. But I want to make it very clear to readers of this review to understand that one month of use may not be enough to do an accurate assessment of them. Recently I had to have surgery which forced me to temporarily stop using Gingold. I intend to give this product another try when my doctor okays its use.
