Does this leg work on OTC 6574 as well?

John, Yes the leg works great! I got two extra legs and the OTC puller cam with three Legs used it about 6 differnt time's and had no problems at all

Is this made by OTC? What is the difference between this leg and the one that is called a replacement leg? The latter sells for a much higher price.

This one is made by OTC and is an exact match for the three already on the heavy duty puller. I do not know anything about the one called a replacement leg your asking about.
