We ordered these for our trailer and used them from June until last week. They store easily and the handle is a good shape. They don't stay sharp and I did have to pick up a knife sharpener. Maybe if not riding in the trailer that would be easier. They do take a sharpening quickly though

I recently purchased the BEWOS 3.1-Inch Curved Blade Paring Knife Set, and while the high-carbon stainless steel blades are impressively sharp and durable, the plastic handles feel flimsy and cheap. The ergonomic design is comfortable, but the lack of weight in the handle makes the knife feel unbalanced during use. I also noticed that the knives require frequent sharpening to maintain their edge. This is disappointing for a product that claims to hold its sharpness longer. The curved blade design is excellent for peeling and intricate work, but the overall performance is hindered by the subpar handle quality.

You definitely get what you pay for with these knives. They are nice and cheap but also cheap. If you can afford better, buy better. The handles are cheap plastic and the metal is very thin and kinda flimsy. They are tricky to sharpen well due to the flimsy blades. If you want something cheap for camping these would work well, but I don't expect that they will last very long. Definitely don't put them in a dishwasher if you want them to last. I compared it to a good quality blade to show the thickness.
