I have 2 great danes that eat twice a day...and yes I feed them a high quality hard food. I was always worrying when I was running late getting home from work cause the pups didn't get fed on time unless I was there. So, I decided to get this automatic feeder for them (it arrived really fast). This is a great feeder for me because of the amount of food that needs to be dispensed for my large dogs - it gives me the ability to set the right amount and also provides multiple feeding times that can be set (I only use 2 feeding times). I've had them for awhile now and they work like a charm - zero issues! You can also set up the app for mobile operating, which I haven't done, but will one of these days - so I can't speak on how the app. works, sorry! I highly recommend this feeder though!! Super easy to set up and program, holds A LOT of food so I only have to fill it maybe once every say 10 days. I also love that it vacuum pressure seals to keep the food fresh. It is expensive, and I had to buy 2 - but totally worth it!! I love this feeder and my dogs do too!!!

My pup and I are VERY happy with this auto-feeder. It has a great capacity, and the fact that it vacuum seals the food in between servings is the main reason I chose it over other options. The unit is very quiet, with the loudest sound being the food pouring into the bowl, which is enough for my pup to know that it's time to eat. The unit does not require wifi, as it is a completely self-sufficient time-based dispersement. It is very easy to set up, but the directions are lacking one important piece of information: I will inform potential buyers that each "serving" is 1/4 cup, so ensure that you measure out your dog or cat's meals before programming. The initial build quality is very good, and I plan up write an update after several months of use. Lastly, it is not a cheap unit, but for the features provided, it is worth the investment.

I’ve been using this automatic feeder outside for my Great Pyrenees puppy, and it’s been amazing. The large capacity means I don’t have to constantly refill it, which is a lifesaver with such a big pup. This automatic feeder has been reliable for my dogs after working through some early issues. The 15L capacity is excellent - I only need to refill it every couple weeks. When I first set it up, some scheduled feedings didn't occur properly. However, the customer service team was extremely helpful - they walked me through resetting the device and since then (about a month now), it's worked perfectly without any missed meals. My only real complaint is the lack of WiFi connectivity. Being able to monitor and adjust feedings remotely through an app would make this feeder perfect. As it is, you need to be present to program any changes to the schedule. Overall, it's a quality product that does what it promises once properly set up. The large capacity and freshness features are great, and the customer support was outstanding when I needed help. I'm docking one star for the initial setup difficulties and the missing WiFi capability that would make it more convenient. Recommended if you don't need remote access features.

Fits an entire large bag of dog food which makes it cheaper to buy, keeps the food fresh with the vacuum seal, and eliminates the “did I feed the dog?” Feeling at the end of the day. Or goldendoodle gets so excited to hear the food hitting the bowl. It helped us break his feeding into more frequent smaller meals, which is why we originally bought the device. Before he would INHALE the food and get sick if we fed him more than a half cup at a time. As a growing pup, this meant we had to feed him basically every two hours to get his nutrition in. He is doing better with a larger kibble size, which I was very happy to find doesn’t get stuck in the dispenser. Looks great and easily tucks under our buffet in the kitchen. Super simple to set up out of the package. Easy to clean. Exactly as advertised and cheaper than the competitor products we looked at.

We have tired a hand full of feeders for both cats and dogs and have always ended up disappointed. This is not the case with these ones. We have three of them, for two Boxers and one Mastiff and love them. The adjustable food bowl for height, the stainless steel bowl, the food distribution, the feeding schedules options and the three beeps after a successful feeding plus the auto vacuum sealing process is perfect! It’s built solid and size is good for how much food it holds. The customer service is spot on. They are quick to respond to, work with and ensure that you as the customer experience only the best. Sounds like a sales pitch but it’s not. I’m just that impressed. Yes the cost is on the higher end I needed maximum volume for food storage, reliability and hassle free feeding and sexy design. This has it all My one and only wish was that they had a smart phone ability. Having an app and camera would add another layer of functionality and peace of mind while you are away during feeding times.

The only nice thing about this machine is the size. But that’s it. Other than that, I would not buy it again. Spend your money somewhere else. It is not worth the big price tag. I will include 2 of the biggest reasons I am not happy with this machine: Number 1: The clock on this machine is backwards. It uses a 24-hour time system. So, let’s say you want to set a feeding time for 6:00PM, instead of setting it to 18:00, you have to set it to 06:00, and if you want to set a feeding time for 6:00AM, you have to set it to 18:00 instead of 06:00. Nonsensical. Number 2: I bought this machine for its suction, vacuum-seal system. That was the selling point for me. That’s the whole reason I bought this machine. It used to work at first, then, suddenly, after 2 weeks, it just stopped working. It still makes the vacuum sound, but then when I open it to check if the air was sucked out, there wouldn’t be any sound of the air reentering the food chamber again like it used to do. This is absolutely ridiculous.
