Asics Men's Matflex 7 Wrestling Shoes

These are great. I bought these a year ago and I wore them to death. Originally, I wanted these to be able to drive my vette and there is very little room at the pedals. I ended up wearing them every day. A year later they are fully intact and still very wearable. They still look good after a full year. They really held up. I sized up one size for a perfect and not too snug fit as wrestling shoes typically are. So size up if your not wrestling with them. I will be buying another pair.

came quick but these sizes are off.. fit small... recommend 1/2 to full size bigger.. had to return.. no issues there...

I always wear other shoes size 12 and have ordered size 13 for these shoes and they fit perfectly in terms of length. However they are a bit narrow where shoelaces start(right where toes are) and I am not sure if this is supposed to be like that or if it’s a flaw as these are my first shoes for boxing(even though they are for wrestling).

My husband needed non marking shoes. These are a perfect fit and work great. My husband takes Krav Maga and these when great for it.

Pretty good shoes. My son uses them for boxing. It really helps having the complete grip at the bottom of the shoe! A little tight, but he broke them in.

These are consistently good shoes, we’ve bought multiple pair (as the kids grow) and they hold up so nicely. They usually have great color options, they’re comfortable, no issues with these shoes. The only thing to keep in mind is that I personally think they are more narrow than maybe the comparable Adidas brand, but great shoes.

I bought these shoes to spar in, i have boxing shoes but they hurt my feet.I wear like a 9 in mens i went half a size up someone recommended here. Should've went full size up lol . it was smaller and alot more light weight then i would thought and very comfy like wearing those beach shoes. First putting it on it surprised me how stable it was to walk in and move around in. Imo better then boxing shoes

Was recommend ASICS by one of my coaches who also has quite wide feet and said that wrestling boots tend to fit much better and have better grip. While I had to go up to a men’s 9 when I am usually a women’s 7 (UK), they do fit me very week and they are very lightweight. Totally reccomend.

I had to come back and edit my previous review. I have had these shoes for 2 years now and am still training in these shoes. I have wrestled and simultaneously used for boxing and weightlifting (training in these 5-6 days a week). These far exceeded my expectations in quality. I will buy another pair when my current ones finally wear out. I wear a size 12 shoe and ordered a 12 but had to size up to a 13. Expect these shoes to fit tight width wise, but they do stretch out a bit.
