Really disappointed. The box looked mangled when it arrived. After solving a puzzle to take apart the 2 pieces of the hanging rod that was stuck together, I discovered that it was missing the key plastic pieces that attached the rod to the the unit. As having the hanging rod was the main reason i purchased, it made the item unusable for me. Besides this, the fabric of one of the shelves was stained with something brown. A footprint? Gross.

Great sturdy product for a closet storage solution. However mine arrived with a fabric loop half unattached. I'm sure it would have torn completely over time once I started putting items in the cubbies. Returning amd ordering a second one with hopes it will arrive intact. Update: Second order arrived today with the exact same defect. I'm very disappointed because I was excited to use it and get some items off the floor. It's too bad because otherwise the construction is very solid.

It looked great for 2 months, but now one of the straps that holds the hooks that attach to the closet rod is torn. So basically I can’t do anything with it. I don’t have tons of stuff in the shelves and the attached Lower rack has only held a few lightweight skirts. Such a disappointment, as it did serve its purpose.

At first I was very pleased with this closet organizer. However, after about one month one of the hooks came completely apart from the organizer and there was no way to fix it. I didn't have it overloaded or anything, it just broke. There are better ones out there.

Im not sure what happened but the only item that arrived was the storage unit itself, no hangers to hang it, no bar to hang things under it. Cant even use it.

One of the top loops ripped open upon our first use, with nothing more than 10 Shirts hanging and nothing in the cubbies.
