I have been using this for a year now and it's superb at T Row exercises. We hook it to our 5 feet Olympic bar at our home gym.

Been looking for something of high quality and well-made to use w/ a barbell to do closed grip rows. This sinches onto the bar easily and strongly and does exactly what I wanted it to! Lightweight and easy to use.

Like this design and pull handle for back exercises. Quality is pretty good and functionality for both my straight bars and cable machine are perfect. My only gripe is the grip! I wish they did away with the cheap comfort grip and went hand on metal! Better feel and responsiveness if it were metal. If metal knurled handles are too pricey, than smooth metal. The sponge grip is not good for serious exercises.

Love the bright pop of color, and even had several other gym goers ask if they could use it next, must’ve thought it was gym regular property 🤣. But what gym provides pink accessories, sorry buddy, this is my personal accessory. Comfort is surprisingly good and helps with the grip. Easy to use and seems built to last.
