Good product

The price of these Tena pants varies wildly from around £30 to nearer £50 so I keep them in my basket at all times & buy them when they’re at the lower end of the range. Unfortunately I can’t stock up to much as have limited storage space. The pants themselves are superb, I find they don’t leak, they fit well & they don’t irritate my sensitive skin as other less expensive brands sadly do. I never thought I’d be incontinent at 55 yet here I am thanks to Primary Progressive MS. These pants have saved my dignity on a couple of occasion & given me the mental strength to go out in the world now & again even if I don’t know where the nearest accessible public toilets are. They can hold a lot of pee too thank heaven 😳 as sometimes my MS bladder decides to empty itself before I’ve made it to the loo! I really don’t want to have to resort to a catheter yet. Even a suprapubic one can be an infection risk, not to mention a bit of a passion killer & barrier to spontaneous sex etc. So the ‘Magic Knickers’ are the answer for now & let me carry on a degree of ‘normality’ so they’re worth a 5⭐️ review from me.

Ideal

I gave this 4 star because they actually fit my mother and I have noticed that Tena seem to be the only provider of this product that is true to size. I don't understand what the drop point is all about but I don't think they are as absorbant as the basic XL. However, for going out and about for an hour or two they are perfect which makes both me and my mother more confident to actually go out.
