Fun to Make and Tastes Just Like a Shop-Bought Boba!
We had a lot of fun with this kit at home it’s a lovely little treat, especially if you’re a bubble tea fan like my daughter. You get two brown sugar milk and two taro milk mixes, and the instant tapioca pearls were surprisingly easy to prepare. The flavours were sweet and creamy, just like what you’d expect from a bubble tea shop. It’s also great that everything is portioned no mess, no fuss. A perfect activity for a weekend or as a gift for a boba lover. Would definitely buy again, though I wish there were more flavours to try in one box!

Quality bubble tea
Two incredible tastes of tea in one packet. Both bubble teas are very easy to make and are of incredibly high quality and have a sweet, silky flavour for a fraction of the price from a bubble tea shop. Both teas could fill a large glass and I savoured every moment of both due to the unique but incredible tastes of the two types of tea in the packet.

I had to google instructions
It’s ok, theres no instructions. Pearls are not ready - they need to be put in boiling water for 3-5 minutes for them to swell and become jelly. Taro powder does not dissolve properly and is very sweet. I’d recommend making your own cuppa tea, let it cool down while boba pearls are swelling and then add sweetness by your preference.

Tasty and simple to make
Had my doubts but glad I tried it. The boba I was worried mostly but are excellent; big and chewy and plentiful. Brown sugar very sweet but easy to adjust with more milk (or adding more sugar!) and taro has lovely mellow taste. Easy to make and only takes minute. Taro is slightly powdery even boiling water don't dissolve it fully and straws could be improved, I use my own plastic one instead. Decent value for what you get, try to stock up when it's on sale.

Fun Idea, But Flavours & Pearls Could Be Better
I was excited to try this kit since I love bubble tea, especially brown sugar flavour. It’s nice that you can use your own milk, and the kit is super easy to use the first drink turned out great. But on the second try, the tapioca pearls clumped together even though I followed the same steps, which was disappointing. The brown sugar was tasty, but the taro wasn’t really my thing. It’s a fun activity and kids would probably enjoy making their own drinks, but flavour-wise it’s just okay. Decent value per use, but not amazing.

Stick to Nesquick
Apart from no instructions anywhere to be found to make the new fad drink! We divided the components and mixed with what turned out to be a complete waste of milk, it was awful the gag reflex soon kicked in and to be honest I won't be wasting my money on that bilge water or anything like that again! Also what's with the little balls of tapioca rather puzzling that they allow things in a drink that may cause you to choke especially a young child! It's all nonsense buy some nesquick and make a proper milk drink
