It works, I’d buy it again.
Great power bank for recharging your phone or usb-a charger devices. Purchased for keeping phones charged on long days at the beach or by a fire, where there’s no access to power. With 2 multi-charger cords, we can charge 4 phones and some earbuds at the same time. It’s not a fast charger, but it charges fine. Only improvement I’d like to have is the battery clicking into place like their tools do, it can be bumped off the battery rather easily… since I’ve got multiple dewalt batteries, this is way better than the various 10k-20k mah battery banks.

Works great, but the engineers had a brain fart on one small part.
This is a great little device if you've got some 12v/20v Max system batteries around. A 3ah 20v pack will charge your phone many times and I can easily get a full charge plus hours of use from a 12v pack with my Galaxy S3 (and it wasn't dead yet!) or run any number of USB powered gadgets for quite awhile. I think its far better than one of those portable usb power packs, and cheaper since I already had the batteries with my tools. This is great on the job site or anywhere away from power and also for emergency preparedness. The batteries recharge fast, making it ideal for charging off a generator and then having use of your devices for the rest of the time in an emergency situation. My experience so far has been the lithium packs hold their charge in storage very well so even if you haven't charged them that recently you should be able to charge your phone up anyway. I took a star off though because the operation of the battery charge indicator is truly illogical. I figured that much like the packs with the fuel gauge, there would be a simple button to press and light up the charge indicator. This isn't the case however. When you place the power source on a battery, it shows the charge level for a few seconds and then the indicator shuts off. There is no way to activate it again without removing and replacing the battery. This requires you to stop charging your device and disconnect and then reconnect everything just to see the battery level. It would make far more sense if you could just see the battery level during use. It's annoying but the usefulness of this device far outweighs that annoyance. I'm happy to see Dewalt is coming up with more handy accessories that I can use with the batteries I already have.

Super convenient for work & power outage
My husband works construction and uses this multiple times a week with his dewalt batteries. We've also had several power outages since purchasing and it has been great to charge our phones on. Can be a little slow with 2 phones charging at the same time. This was the best buy for our family. Not only is it versatile for us but it's great quality.

Works as described
I placed it on one of my DEWALT batteries, connected a usb cable and it works as described. Not sure why they put the state of charge indicator on it because there is already a state of charge indicator on the battery.

Fantastic product for what I need it for
This thing is great. Let me preface this by saying I'm not a tradeskill professional and don't do any jobsite stuff. I'm a DIY guy with a corporate job that requires quite a bit of business travel - I needed a power bank for the plane and long layovers at the airport. This was low cost and I already had DeWalt 20v batteries lying around that I could put to use. On my most recent trip, I took only a single fully charged 20v with me and it charged my HTC One M8 from about 10% to 100% 4 times and only dropped down to 2 bars. I don't know if that's closer to the 34% or 66% (4 bars would be easier to read) but it still had plenty of juice left to power my drill when I got home and had to put together some furniture my wife bought while I was away. It doesn't postively click into the battery like the tools, but it does have a rather tight fit that never came loose in my carry-on luggage. And it has 2 USB slots, so you can share with your neighbor on the plane if they find themselves running low. Fantastic product if you already have the batteries to go with it.
