Great price and product worked perfectly for a waterpark trip. Definitely waterproof but always test first. Good touch ability to be able to use phone. No scratches yet but haven’t used extensively. Seems very durable.

Got these to take on a family cruise. We did the submerge test before using and they worked great. Our phones fit perfectly and they lock in very tight and snug. I ordered on a Sunday and received them on Monday. I can't wait to use them in Cayman Islands next week!!

Bought this to use on a cruise as we were going to be swimming with nurse sharks and I wanted to be able to get pictures. The photos turned out nice and clear and the phones stayed perfectly dry. Didn't have to worry about taking the phones out of their protective cases as they fit just fine along with a couple of cards and some cash with room to spare. These were used for a Samsung S23 and a Motorola Moto G Stylus. They did not overheat in the 80 degree weather that we were in for 4 hours while on the island.

Works Great. Kept my phone dry and safe even when full submerged in the water. Fit my LG G7 easily. However, if you're using a bigger phone or even a larger case, then it won't fit inside. However, with a slim case, putting the phone in and getting it out is pretty easy. Have had this thing for about 4 years now and it still holds up great to this day. I'm only giving it 4 stars just because it does fog up a bit and I can't see my phone when it's inside the pouch. But other than that. It works well.

These are great phone pouches. They are sturdy and waterproof. Cord allows them to fit any size person. Easy to use. Husband and I wore these snorkeling and they were great. Not bulky or heavy.

These were perfect for an excursion to Dunn's River Falls in Jamaica on our honeymoon where you walk up a waterfall. They kept our phones completely dry. We wore them around our necks and were able to use the buttons and screens of our phones through the plastic to take pictures the whole way up. There were times that we were completely submerged in water and they held up great. The fit of my phone was a little tight because of my phone case and popsocket, but it was still pretty easy to get in and out of the pouch.

We had a trip to Great Wolf Lodge planned. We go every year, and every year I get frustrated that I didn't order a waterproof phone case to take pictures. So this year, I decided I was going to and saw this two pack on a great deal. I have a Samsung S24 that has a screen size of 6.2" plus a case on it so I figured this was going to be big...but it wasn't. Right out of the box, the Hiearcool Waterproof Phone Pouch looked excellent. I loved the teal colored pouch and the waterproof locks seemed great. Each one had a cardstock page describing a water seal test BEFORE putting your phone it, which I thought was a great idea. I used the teal pouch for two days straight on our trip. It worked really well. While I usually didn't have it submerged for long periods, I was able to bring it up on slides to get some fun pics and when we hit the water and getting out of tubes, it definitely got very wet. It stayed dry the WHOLE time. I even took a few underwater videos of my kids doing somersaults, etc. My phone stayed dry!! I specifically loved the color and the lock design. It came with a lanyard so you could hold on to the tubes and not lose your phone. The lanyard unhooked easily though (but never by itself) if I wanted easier access to taking pics or texting, etc. because the lanyard would get in the way sometimes. If I had to nitpick, it was hard to get all the air out of the pouch to make the touch screen work well. My phone was a little smaller than the max (but I honestly don't believe a 8.3" phone would fit in this), but with the locks, it was hard to keep them open and squeeze air out. If there was air left in it, then the pouch kind of poofed and the touch screen didn't work well for pushing buttons. But it's not a deal breaker at all at this price for a 2 pack and the water seal was excellent. If I was able to get the air out, it was difficult to slide the phone out after - I'd have to stick my hand it to release the screen from the plastic and then it slid out. But it was fairly snug on the sides, so I don't think a screen much larger would fit - longer maybe, but not wider. Overall, I was VERY happy with this product. My phone stayed dry and it mostly worked well with my touchscreen. Most importantly, I have a lot of fun videos and photos of my kids having fun in the water and didn't break my phone with water.

I was so glad I had this protection when we visited the many waterfalls in Iceland. The sprays did not block the pictures. Worth the buy.

Took these with us to Panama on a family vacation. I wanted my children's phones to be protected while we traveled by boat. I read loads of reviews from other travellers who rated these very highly, even people who lost their phones in one of these cases to be successfully recovered, and still working days later! We tested the pouches once received as they suggested by submerging them in water overnight with a piece of paper towel or tissue inside to check for leaks. All four cases were water tight. We used these to take UNDERWATER photos and videos while travelling! No leaks! We had so much fun and didn't have to invest in a go pro. My only complaint is that the touch screen functions are not functional while under water. We took photos using the side buttons, but for videos, I would have to start the video above water, then submerge the phone while recording to capture the underwater videos. Small price to pay for a cheap and effective option. Highly recommended!
