I love it because it has a vibrant green color and it tastes good and it’s really creamy not too bitter not too sweet

It seemed to be high quality powder, fresh, and strong flavor, but the only downside was the bag had a huge crease in the bottom and was difficult to get all the product out when i transferred to a different container.

I love this matcha! It is so delicious and has such a great taste, not bitter at all. There is no added sugar it is just pure matcha powder. I usually prefer ceremonial matcha, but this tastes just as good to me! This has become my go to matcha. I always make sure to strain it before using, and then I prepare it using either a traditional bamboo whisk or an electric handheld frother. I like to add a cup of oat milk and a tiny splash of vanilla and maple syrup, and froth that all together over ice. It's absolutely delicious and a great price compared to other matcha powders.

This is probably the best Amazon matcha I’ve had! This is way better than Encha which is bitter and grainy! I would say Naoki and Jade Leaf is a tie ;)

I appreciate a very high quality of matcha but mostly drink matcha lattes, so am always on the lookout for a culinary grade that balances price and quality. This one fits the bill - bright green color like other reviewers have shown, blends smoothly, clear clean taste. One bag has lasted me a little over a month, and only now after many days of opening and closing the bag am I starting to notice a slight “fish food” smell that comes with oxidation of lesser quality matcha. I’ve almost gone through the whole bag so that seems reasonable. Good price; Upton Tea still has a slightly better price/gram for an even better culinary matcha, but having to pay for shipping on smaller orders through their website makes this Amazon one a great backup.
