Are recipes/instructions available in English?

I just ordered a bag of Moringa. I had same problem, so I searched and found these Moringa instructions. There are multiple bags inside the package. 1 little bag of the flour mix 1 egg 100ml of milk (or water). (Note: if you don't wish to use eggs, use 140ml of milk instead)

Where do I find the expiration date on the Morinaga bag?

Its stated on the shipping box. There should be a Date on the bag as well.

Is this called Dora cake?

This is not called Dora cake (we call "dora yaki in Japan) but you can make dora yaki with this hot cake mix. You need :milk, honey, egg, sugar, mirin , anko and this hot cake mix.

Ingredients; Wheat flour, Sugar, Glucose, Vegetable oil and fat, Wheat starch, Powdered oils and fats, Salt, Baking powder, Emulsifier, Flavorings, Sodium caseinate, Coloring (Vitamin B2).
