I installed this is a 1999 grand marquis. My car has electronic automatic climate controls. Meaning I have a digital display climate control system. The part works well. The install is a bit of a pain but not terrible.If you have an intermittent issue with the blower not functioning then more than likely this part is the thing you’ll need.This part will fit any grand marquis,crown Victoria or Lincoln town car with EATC.

Installed this on a 2002 Lincoln Town Car. Replaced the original part because the blower motor worked 3% of the time on high only. Before ordering this part, be sure to verify your blower motor works (quietly) by disconnecting the blower motor jack (2 wire connector) and connect the blower motor directly to the battery. Should spin quietly and freely.Installation was a pain. Ended up removing both heater hoses at the firewall to acess the (2) screws that connect this part to the firewall/vent opening. Then I had to completely remove one heater hose because I couldn't get the part out after removing the (2) screws.After installation blower motor blows at various speeds as it should according to selecting the fan speed control position on the climate control unit in the center of the dash.

Got my Crown Vic blower working as it should again.
