Very sturdy umbrella that is compact for travel.

I purchased this umbrella to take to Europe on vacation. I have tried other brands and they were so junky. Plus once I took these umbrellas out of the case it was near impossible to get it back in. I decided to spend a little more and get a good quality umbrella. I finally found it. This umbrella opens with a touch of buttom and partially closes with the same button. You do have to push down on it to make it compact but it folds nicely (and easily) into the travel case. Exactly what I was looking for and I believe it will last a very long time. I bought the redish/maroon color. 42" inch Single Canopy. Highly recommend.

It is a touch heavy but that is because it is built to handle wind. I was glad to use this during several rainy touring days in Europe. Chose the maroon color which helped with making it easier to identify among a sea of black ones when we had to store at museums.

I bought this impulsively after coming into work on a day when even my rain jacket just couldn't protect me from the strong rain we were having. Though I had never used one of LifeTek's umbrellas, I trust the brand, so I figured it was worth a try. I absolutely love it! It outperforms the other umbrella I had by another popular brand. Definitely worth the purchase.
