Fantastic to do yoga when you have knee issues!!

I bought this pad for balance practice and floor exercises which require me to get on my knees. I also use it as a knee pad for utility use that requires me to get on my knees to complete a task. My knees just can't take the feel of hard floors anymore. I purchased this particular brand as it is the one used at my gym, so I knew from experience how comfortable it was for exercise and how wonderful it felt to kneel upon. There are so many brands out there with mixed reviews. This one cost more, but it is very high quality, and I'm sure it will last for years.

It is just like the one I use in fitness class. I use it to boost the height of my chair. Pricy but excellent quality. I plan to also use it on my own to stand on for balance work. It includes suggested exercises.

This Airex Phone balance pad is an excellent size. It’s great to do physical therapy and balance exercises on. It holds up well excellent quality.

I was advised to purchase this specific foam board by my physical therapist who has used it for years with his clients. I use it improve my balance, and I began to see results fairly quickly. The materials are good quality and it's likely the board will last a long time. While it is more expensive than others sold by Amazon, it is probably worth the money.

I was lucky that the pad itself wasn't damaged in the shipping process the way it arrived. And, because the seller is not Amazon, there isn't a good way to communicate that to the seller since I don't want to return it. After using a similar pad in physical therapy, I decided I should get one for home. The product itself is great, but the packaging wasn't sufficient. The product box arrived in a large plastic bag packaging. After removing it, I began to see punctures and dents all over the box, and the box fell open when turned. The pad itself appears unscathed, thankfully, a testament to its quality and what it can withstand. I'm looking forward to using it, and really wish that the box were in better condition, because I would have liked to store it in its box. Anyway, just hoping someone will see this and rectify the way this product ships.

Good to help with balance.

I use this to sit on as it makes it easier to stand up. It is very firm which helps me. I usually put a conventional cushion on top.
