Great for what it is
First and foremost, this is about as good as it gets for a plate loaded leg ext/lying leg curl. You will never get that even resistance throughout the range of motion like you would with a cable machine. However, they did a good job by positioning the plate holder at a forward pitch. I've only done a few sets to test it out and am finding that you can position yourself to get a good loaded stretch, but the midrange resistance is still greater. I normally use 150-200 lbs on machine leg extensions to get in the 12-15 rep range, but using only 50 lbs on this felt like 150. Thats good, because you won't have to load the heck out of it. I usually use about 110-150 to get in the 8-12 rep range on lying leg curls, but 50 lbs on this only allowed me 8 reps. It gives a lot of tension for so little weight. Quality is good. It's stable and solid. All parts were accounted for. All parts fit nicely and all holes were well aligned for the bolts. The assembly was pretty easy. It took about 45 minutes to do alone. It includes some cheap wrenches, but I used a socket wrench and adjustable wrench. The instructions are an exploded diagram, but it's easy enough to follow. The bolts aren't labeled, but if you separate them right away, you shouldn't have a problem confusing them. Cushions are dense and comfortable. The angle of the bench allows you to get a good stretch if you hook your feet in the leg extension to do situps. I was conflicted between this and the daltech, which looks close to the same, but I noticed the daltech looked like the leg curl starts too high. Also, this one has wheels and appears to use better seat covers (leather). Shipping was fast. Overall, I'd say that if you want a plate loaded lying leg curl machine, this is the way to go. If you're well off enough to spend thousands on every single piece of equipment, then a machine would be a better choice. I just can't justify that kind of money for a simple leg ext/curl machine. I'd rather spend that kind of money on a pendulum squat, or something more complex that will be more important for overall lower body growth. Lastly, I know there isn't many reviews, and I took a risk myself by buying this...but, I'm glad I did. Don't feel intimidated by the small number of reviews. It's a good piece of equipment and will probably go up in price once more people start buying it and leaving good reviews. Get it while it's still $300!

Happy with it! Sturdy and functional
I have been looking for a sturdy leg curl machine that would not shake and did not pinch my legs when using. Usually, the machines that are dual for hammies and quads pinch for hammies and that is what I was mainly looking for. This has been an excellent choice for both. It assembled well although the directions were vague. The bench is great for hamstrings and quads. There was a spare metal piece that was not shown in the directions left over. It is likely that it goes somewhere on the bench but we could not figure out where to place this. Overall, I am happy with the results of using this machine and have recommended it. It's worth considering.

High hopes
The good - the machine is higher quality than expected (with a one exception that I’ll detail below) - does exactly what I want it to do - easy to assemble - stable The bad - the portion of the bench (the seat) (the actual board, not the frame) where most of your weight will be for either prone leg curl, or leg extensions has made some disconcerting sounds (cracking). I have not found any visible cracking, but it won’t be pretty if this folds in on itself while performing a lift. I am keeping an eye on this and Weill update the review should anything come of it. The ugly - the pivot for the machine uses a threaded bolt and nut. This concerns me quite a bit as 1. It doesn’t seem nearly strong enough for the weight and orientation of the weight it was designed to handle. 2. The motions this machine performs literally grind against that as the linchpin for the machine. 3. The gauge of the bolt allows for a lot of instability in the actual pivot, meaning you need to use the clamps to prevent your plates from flying off the ends. TL:DR Provided the “seat” doesn’t fold in half and the bolt for the pivot doesn’t shear in half, I will be 110% satisfied and happily recommend this to anyone. So far so good, and I hope it stays that way.

Don't hesitate. Get it! Surprisingly a very good machine!
If you’re like me and looking for a quality lying leg curl machine, but you think this price is too low, then you are in luck. I compared this machine to others on Amazon and thought the quality would be lacking because of the low price. I’ve been wanting to add a lying leg curl machine to my line-up for a while, but I'm very picky when it comes to equipment function and quality. Some machines I've looked at were terribly cheap for double the price of this one, so hence my hesitation on buying this one. There were no reviews at the time I purchased, but I took a chance based on the research I'd done. This machine looks very similar to a machine that sells well called Deltech. It's very sturdy, ergonomic, adjustable and it really looks good alongside collection. I'm very happy with it. Pros -The unboxing and packaging were good. No damaged parts. -The construction is 2x2 inch steel channels. Thick steel. Not flimsy at all. -The finish has a nice matte black texture. Tough Powder coated finish. -Very solid construction. Almost feels like commercial grade. Well balanced. -The pads are thick foam and very nice material on the outside. -Easy to put together and parts lined up nicely -Most of all it feels comfortable when using unlike a lot of similar machines -Works nicely with people of different heights because the machine has adjustment points Cons -The hardware and screws are not labeled and comes in a bag altogether. Must sort out. -The directions were a little vague, however not very difficult to assemble.

Overall worth the price
Arrived early, but after opening the box my 1st thought was to tape it back up & return it. Parts were just scattered inside of the box and pieces weren’t packaged or covered. After inspecting everything it did not appear to be used so I kept it. No step by step directions but, there was a diagram that showed exactly what to do. Although, I didn’t pay close enough attention and didn’t add (2) washers per screw for the 1st two. Assembly was pretty simple, but the screw for the weight bar on the leg extension did not go all the way in. Works as expected but the seat did make a bit of noise while onboarding for leg curls. The only real issue is that the seat does not adjust so there is no back support for leg extensions/lifts. Other than that it is very sturdy.

DO NOT BUY
DO NOT BUY!!!!! I build and put things together on a constant basis. Everything that’s sent from Amazon has to be built or put together these days. These are the very worst instructions I’ve ever seen in my entire adult life. I’m not frustrated yet, but I’m getting there, but I wanted to stop anybody else from buying this. Its a numbered picture with no description and even the numbered picture is wrong….. again look for another brand, not this one.

Great Customer Service - Amazing Product
My brother and I have been working out in our home gym with free weights for 3-4 years now and it has worked. We knew it was time to get some machines though, at least for legs. We spent a week or so looking through different options and ultimately decided to go with this product. 10/10 decision. I will admit, the instructions are slightly confusing. I initially thought I was missing hardware based off the instructions but I was reading them wrong smh. The seat had also made a loud cracking noise when we first sat on it. I contacted customer service about the missing hardware and noise and walked away a bit disappointed. An hour later, I decided to look at the instructions again with an open mind and I figured it out, we weren’t missing a thing. Within 2 hours their customer service had gotten back to me. They ended up sending me a replacement seat which works perfectly. This product has seriously upgraded our home gym. Affordable, strong, and quality. The handgrips feel sturdy and the cushions for your legs are comfortable. The cushions can also be adjusted to your leg length which is nice. I am 6’3, my brother is 6’1. I was initially worried our feet may touch the ground which was a big consideration when choosing which machine to go with. This thing is super tall. I love it. I actually look forward to leg day now!

Solid bench for home use
I was a little concerned when I purchased this because the price made me think that it was probably had the construction of normal all in one home weight benches that have the leg extension curl attachment. But I was pleasantly surprised this is a very good bench well built and heavy duty. You will have to tighten the nuts and bolts a couple of times as you break the bench in. They will stay tight after a few uses and tightening. I’m 6 foot four and the maximum extensions are perfect for both leg extension and curls.
