The material of these silicone flanges are soft and gentle on my daughter's skin, making it comfortable for her when she is using them. They don't cause her any irritation or discomfort, allowing her to focus on expressing milk without worrying about soreness. So far after several uses they have withstood regular use and cleaning without losing their shape or effectiveness. A very nice set for pumping moms.

They do what they are suppose to. I wanted an extra set to have so I didn’t have to wash and let my mom cozy ones dry. I do like my mom cozy ones that came with my wearable pump better, they have a soft finish to them if that makes sense where it’s easier to insert them into my pumps. It is not as sticky going in and they aren’t as comfortable. But they do a great job for the price!
