My grandson loved this! Not only does it transform into a “robot on wheels”, but it has a feature where “smoke” and lights out the back make it look really cool. I was really pleased that car batteries were rechargeable and it came with 2. The controller also came with its own batteries. All complete! All in all a great gift at a great price!

When I opened the box the remote was at the very top, and when I took it out I couldn't believe how thin and lightweight the plastic was. For that price I didn't even give this gift to my grandson, just returned it.

One of the doors got stuck after the car "transformed" into the car! This happened on the first test drive! Quality is poor.

The media could not be loaded. I found this car easy to use and easy to drive. I made a short video but forgot to activate the transformer function. It did not move well at all on the carpet. It just kinda spun out and didn’t move much. I think this RC car from Hodlvant will be really fun for kids up to 80 years old…as long as you have tile, wood floors, patio or maybe indoor outdoor carpet.The car does have an off button. I like that it came with two batteries and they were charged enough out of the box to give the car a test drive. I could not find a way to turn off the remote. So I’m guessing the batteries have to come out if you plan to put it somewhere the buttons could accidentally get pushed. On a side note, the batteries that go in the car are rechargeable and they use a USB. This set does not come with the charging block ( I think that is typical now on most items …that you supply your own charging block. ) It did come with 2 AA batteries for the hand controller.I was disappointed with the quality control. There is a big blob of silver paint on the passenger side front quarter panel on the car I received ( see photo). I tried flaking it off with my nail and it didn’t budge. I figured any chemical would do more damage than help so I just left it. I’m sure the blob of paint won’t bother those playing with the car but if you plan to have it sit out as a display.. look over your car before gifting or playing with it. Even with the defect, I think this car is a very good buy. It will offer loads of fun and entertainment .

These remote control cars work so well and I love how they change into a robot!! The colors are vibrant and my grandsons love them too!! A great gift for child and adult alike!!

Child dropped the car while I was getting all the batteries in and the wheel broke off. Sadly we didn’t even get to use it.

The car was not in the bubble pouch and it had grease and fingerprints on it, making it seem like it is used.This set comes with the car, that includes 2 rechargeable batteries and the usb charger, a hand held remote, with 2 included AA batteries, water bottle to fill car, and instruction booklet.This car is cute, but is isn’t as fun or fast as a lot of other RX cars. But, as a transformer, it is a lot of fun!

I have not hidden the fact that I am a Transformers fan, despite this having no association to Transformers, this is as close as you can get if you have any kids or adults that love transforming robots into cars. I had to have this car. This was so much fun testing out and trying, I know I have several nieces and nephews who are car fanatic's that will lose their mind over how cool this car is.The car comes with a remote control where you can zip and zoom around at a impressive speed, this toy does struggle on thick carpet, so hardwood floors, asphalt, any smooth surface really will work the best. There is a cool feature where if you add a little water to the top, it will illuminate a light to make it look like there is a blue "flame" coming from the back of the car as you are zooming around. The final cool feature is this car transforms into a robotic figure that stands upright that can also zoom around. I had so much fun tormenting a cat of mine as I transformed here and there, and spun in a circle while transforming back into a car. Amazing toy.I highly recommend this toy, it was just so much fun, so cool watching it transform back and forth, with the addition of the misting blue "flame". Kids will adore this toy as well as adults, highly recommend! You will be the favorite for sure if you gift this.
