Make it Part of Your Oil Change Service
I use this in two of my cars, a 2008 Chevy Avalanche and 1976 Subaru DL. It works well in both, but definitely better in the Chevy. It’s super easy to add to any engine, but I generally just add it to fresh oil during the oil change. It pretty much immediately eliminates the lifter noise that develops towards the end of the oil change interval. Plus this is from a trusted brand at a great price.

Revitalizing Engine Performance with Liqui Moly Hydraulic Lifter Additive
I recently picked up the Liqui Moly Hydraulic Lifter Additive, and let me tell you, this stuff is a game-changer for your engine! I was a bit skeptical at first, but after adding this magic potion to my car, the difference was like night and day. My engine runs smoother, quieter, and I can feel the power coming back. It's like giving your car a spa day! The 300 ml bottle may seem small, but trust me, a little goes a long way. I've already noticed a significant improvement in performance after just one use. For anyone dealing with noisy lifters or sluggish engine response, I highly recommend giving this Liqui Moly additive a try. Your car will thank you later!

seems ok
Seems to have helped the tic except when coming off the interstate it still tics very loud but goes away after lower rpms for 3-5 minutes.

Not a miracle fix in a bottle
First of all, I'm not going to give this product a terrible review. This product is NOT meant for mechanically damaged lifters or parts of a valve train and is not a magic "fix your engine additive." It's meant for if you have sludge or some crud causing a lifter to stick.(which at that point you should be changing the oil on a more regular basis). My 02 Suburban with the 5.3 has a bad lifter that's ticking pretty loudly. This product did nothing for it, but again that's because the mechanical roller on the lifter is chewed up, if it was just clogged up with debris, this stuff would probably take care of that, and stop the tick. I only give 4 stars because I didn't have a chance to test it on an engine that had a lifter tick due to clogged/dirty lifters, so I don't really know how it'd work on that. For $10 I'd definitely try it again if I had another lifter ticking, because if could just be debris and gunk!

This really works!
I have a 2016 4Runner with about 206,000 mi on it. The lifter started making noise about 5,000 mi ago. I thought I would give this a try as it was talked about in a number of the forums that I visited. I put it in today and was driving tonight and no lifter noise. This stuff is like magic.

Works like a champ!
I was working on my 1967 F100. It hadn’t been cranked in over 20 years. It was a 352 V8. I had several problems during start up. I bent 3 push rods as the valves were stuck. I replaced the pushrods and utilized several products to get the valves to release. I got the motor cranked again and it was running very well but had a terrible tick because of a stuck lifter. I sprayed many different lubricants into the lifter area and added different products to the oil with zero affect. It was a serious tap that would definitely lead to engine failure if I ran it like this for long. I was searching YouTube for any possible chemical treatment as I was resigned to remove the head and replace the lifter when I ran across a video about liquid moly. So I ordered the product and added it to my fresh oil. Within two minutes the tapping stopped. All I can say is that was definitely miraculous!
