Arylic BP50 Bluetooth Stereo Preamplifier, Home Bluetooth 5.2 Music Receiver, with HDMI ARC, Phono in, RCA Optical out aptX HD Audio Transmitter.

Product arrived in good condition. This preamplifier looks great but a few things on this device won't work like optical, the app won't recognise the device despite Bluetooth being switched on (reset both devices on several occasions.) The only connection that works is the HDMI Arc. I just don't have the time to send the device back so for now I'm going to keep hold of it as I can play my media through HDMI Arc at least. Sound quality is quite impressive plus it does look quite smart and has a premium feel to it. Just a real shame the other connections won't work. Easy to install, just plug and play. Small and compact to fit in tiny space if needed. Overall the device is great for the price despite some faults but I'm happy with it for now. My opinions about the product that I received are not in reflection to the seller in any way as the product was delivered on time and in great condition. It was my decision to keep the product.

Bloody marvellous

I bought this item to link my TEAC turntable to my LG TV soundbar/subwoofer via bluetooth. I want minimum speakers in my room and so am prepared to sacrifice a small amount of quality for convenience. I already had a rudimentary BT link-up system in place but this unit replaced that and gave enhancements like preset equaliser settings as well as separate bass/treble/mid range adjustments which means that I can set my soundbar more efficiently. I like plenty of bass on my vinyl but not necessarily on my TV late at night to disturb the neighbours. Now I have the best of both worlds. I do not need to alter the soundbar presets at all and do it all via this pre-amp for my vinyl. One word of advice. I plugged my turntable phono outputs into the turntable phono inputs on this pre-amp. I discovered that it would not play cleanly while the turntable selector was used. I was on the cusp of returning it as faulty when I thought to try the line in selector instead using the remote. THEN it played cleanly. Another gripe is the range of the App is only about 3 feet !! that's all. If you want to use the App, make sure your phone ( I use an Iphone 14) and the unit are no further apart than that. Fortunately the supplied remote control does have a better range (albeit it's not supplied with any batteries, which seems a bit penny pinching to me) Those little niggles meant I could only give 4 stars. It is however a decent unit.

Sadly this good-looking product is of inferior quality. Optical out sometimes works sometimes doesn't. The app is dramatically bad. I returned mine the very next day. It's just poor altogether.

I bought this to connect my turntable to bluetooth speakers. The sound was very poor on my first use, it was overdriving the input which caused distortion. So I delved into the settings and changed the cartridge setting from MM to MC. It now sounds fantastic through my speakers. I know my turntable has a Moving Magnet cartridge so can only assume the app developers have mislabelled the settings. I have also tried it as a DAC for my Samsung phone that doesn't have aptx HD. At first it sounded very quiet and a little bit dull. This was down to my phone turning the "Headphone' output to an ear friendly volume level. When I whacked it up to full volume, musical bliss was restored. So far I have no other problems with it at all. I'm just a bit gutted that Amazon have reduced the price to £99 (as of Feb 28th 2025) with a voucher for a further 10% off. *shakes fist at Amazon*

This device is absolutely not worth the money, buy a WiiM instead! I know it cost more but the quality is so much better!!

La verdad por las conexiones y el precio no está mal buena calidad y configuraciones si subió un poco la calidad del sonido vía Bluetooth y fibra óptica No me gusto que viniera abierto a lo mejor por la aduana pero no está bien q no llegue sellado Me falta probar el subwoofer después actualizo

Le produit respecte les fonctionnalités décrites, il a une connexion très puissante et se connecte immédiatement à toutes les appareils, soit en Bluetooth que en câble optique. Le passage entre les différentes fonctionnalités et rapide et sans poser des problèmes. Le contrôle du volume se fait par la télécommande. Possibilité de connecter plusieurs appareils en même temps Via Bluetooth.

C'est regrettable après en possession de 3 jours, l'appareil ne fonctionne plus et reste toujours figé en Standby. Sinon il donne très bien le son et les connexions sont assez complet. Dommage de ne pas l'avoir.

Vorab: Ich habe das Gerät Arylic BP50 selbst unter vielen anderen herausgesucht und von meinem eigenen Geld bezahlt. Ich mache seit ca. 50 Jahren Musik, besitze ein eigenes Tonstudio mit diversen Studiomonitoren und auch PA Anlagen für Live-Auftritte unserer Bands oder auch zum Abspielen von Musik aus der Konserve bei Partys. Zuhause nutze ich hochwertigste, große Vintage Studiomonitore zum Musikhören. Das Wichtigste in Kürze: Ich habe keinen anderen Preamp in der Preisklasse oder weitaus teurer gefunden, welcher in dieser Vielfalt und Qualität die Zuspielung diverser analoger oder digitaler Quellen mit digitaler und/und analoger Ausgabe zulässt. Absoluter Hammer das Teil. Vor ein paar Jahren hätte ich für sowas ohne zu zögern > 1000,- und mehr ausgegeben und wäre immer noch mit der Preisleistung zufrieden gewesen. Übrigens, bei mir knackt im Gegensatz zum Test eines anderen Rezensenten rein garnichts beim Ein- oder Ausschalten, selbst ohne die Lautstärke runter zu regeln, alles prima. Phono-Eingang: Man kann per App zwischen Moving Magnet und Moving Coil umschalten (alleine das ist schon unglaublich). Im direkten Vergleich zum anerkannt guten Pro-Ject Preamp kann ich keinen Unterschied hören. Alleine dieser Eingangsweg ist schon mehr Wert als das ganze Gerät (habe 79,- bezahlt). Ein 1210er mit Ortofon Concorde angeschlossen und die Welt ist in Ordnung :-) Schraubbarer Erdungsanschluss ist vorhanden wie es sich gehört. Digitaler Eingang/Ausgang für eine Lossless Streaming-Kette!!! Man kann per Toslink oder USB digitale Quellen anschließen. Eine Airport Express Gen 2 (=Airplay 1 siehe Fußnote *) am Toslink Eingang angeschlossen, per irgendeinem iphone/ipad/Mac mit Einstellung Lossless darauf gestreamt und nochmals per Toslink digital auf eine externe DAC gegeben erhält man ein absolute High-End Funk-Signal Strecke für kleines Geld. Im direkten Vergleich konnte ich keinen klanglichen Unterschied zwischen der Wandlung im Arylik BP50 und der externen DAC (ebenfalls High End von Pro-Ject) feststellen. Es reicht also aus, den Ton aus dem Preamp direkt analog weiterzugeben. Die eingebauten DA Wandler sind hervorragend und halten m.E. jedem Vergleich stand. *) Kleine Fußnote Airplay 1 vs 2: aktuelle Apple Geräte streamen per Airplay 2, schalten aber abwärts-kompatibel auf Airplay 1 zurück, wenn die empfangene Stelle nur Airplay 1 kann. Airplay 1 kann jedoch LOSSLESS, Airplay 2 arbeitet mit Datenreduktion und ist nicht Lossless, dafür übertragungssicherer, weil nicht ununterbrochen gesendet wird, sondern in einzelnen Paketen. Bei guten Funkverhältnissen ist also Airplay 1 unter High-End Gesichtspunkten die erste Wahl, wenn bequem per Funk von der Couch an die Anlage gestreamt werden soll. Übrigens neigen die DA Wandler der Airport Express mit Ausgabe als analoges Signal hin und wieder zu Nebengeräuschen. Das war der eigentliche Kaufgrund für diesen Preamp. Das Signal wird digital per Toslink aus der Airport Express ausgegeben und dann im Preamp oder einer externen DAC hinter dem Preamp gewandelt => keine Nebengeräusche mehr. DSP Möglichkeiten über die APP: Der Preamp enthält eine aktive Frequenzweiche (Hoch- und Tiefpass!) mit einstellbarer Trennfrequenz (leider zu grob in 50Hz Schritten, hier könnte z.B. auf 10Hz Schritte nachgebessert werden) zur Abtrennung und Ausgabe der Frequenzbereiche zwischen aktivem Subwoofer und aktiven Mittelhochtoneinheiten. 100Hz Trennfrequenz dürfte jedoch für viele Situationen passen. Weiterhin ist ein grafischer Oktav-EQ enthalten, der kein(!) hörbares Rauschen verursacht. Leider rauschen EQs ansonsten häufig, sodass man sich eine Klangkorrektur mit dem Nachteil von erhöhtem Rauschen erkauft. Hier nicht, der EQ arbeitet sauber in 1-dB Schritten. Man kann mehrere Kurven mit eigenem Namen abspeichern (z.B. für verschiedene Lautsprecher-Konfigurationen oder Locations/Aufstellorte). Bluetooth: Wg. der damit verbundenen Datenreduktion nicht meine präferierte Signalstrecke (siehe oben, es geht ja hiermit dank digitalen Ein-/Ausgängen auch Lossless). Aber BT 5.2 ist zumindest erheblich besser und weitreichender als früherer BT-Protokolle. Funktioniert. Also nochmal: Ich kann kaum glauben, was man hier für diesen irrwitzig niedrigen Preis an Qualität und Vielseitigkeit des Stereo-Preamp erhält. Für Multi-Room Smarthome-Integrations Gedöns gibt es besser geeignete Systeme. Für alle anderen: Kaufen...!
