Working very well for me. Allows me to manage my stress easier. Helps my sleep. I feel more inflamed when I don’t take it.

I've used so many adaptogens and where I feel great on the first day and the effects eventually wore off. For Stress Guardian, I didn't feel a ton of difference on day 1, but then I noticed on my Oura ring that my deep sleep increased by like 30 minutes and my HRV jumped 10 points. Then, I woke up feeling a whole lot better on day 2 and subsequent days - more energy, clearer brain without the jarring overstimulating effects. I noticed a difference when I ran out. Re: third party testing - the company has its own lab to test and qualify raw ingredients because Chinese herbs can be sketchy, and it's even harder to keep making these products given the tariff situation. I hope this product doesn't go away. It really does me wonder for the stress ball that I am.
