The build quality feels strong, and the jars lock properly without wobbling. The biggest advantage is the 1100W motor—if you cook often or grind heavy items, this makes a noticeable difference compared to regular 750W mixers. Now the downside: it’s loud. Not “slightly noisy”—it’s genuinely loud. If you expect a silent machine, you’ll be disappointed. Also, the lid gaskets could have been tighter. Overall, it’s a solid upgrade if you want raw power and faster grinding. Not the best choice if you're sensitive to noise, but performance-wise it's worth the money.

I have purchased this product 5 months back and then the problem started within 2 months, jar was not fitted because of locking issue then change the body after that they put broken knob, when complained they said, it will be replaced once the knob will come. We keep using then one day suddenly one big jar started leaking, when we have complained no one responded again we start using another jar then suddenly Mixi start vibrating and throw the jar, we start complaining but they create service request and then cancel again create request by calling the customer care again they cancel, still no one has come to see the problem. Please do not buy it is making a lot of sound not sure because of the product issue or defective item has been delivered. Not suggesting to buy from Amazon as there is no gaurentee you will get the genuine product.

I received it today but there is a major damage on mixer jar. Also there are some scratches on the body of the mixer. I was expecting excellent quality without any issue from Havells as per you brand name and your service. I want a replacement please I don't want to lose deal on this product
