I admit it: I'm a journal snob. I want journals to have thick pages, a strong cover, and make it easy for me to use any pen I want without bleeding through. This hits all the marks. It even stays open and flat, which makes writing that much easier. The green is really pretty and high enough quality to use for work.

Bought to keep notes on my baking together and organized. Great size. Very nice material and the band to keep closed is very useful for being able to easily slide in and out on shelf in kitchen. Size is as Goldilocks says just right.
