All plastic paint spray gun.
I am a DIY guy painting my house, and I needed something other than the paint roller and brush to speed up the job. I usually rent an airless spray gun from the local hardware shop, but I decided to buy my own paint gun. Since I own a mini circular saw by HYCHIKA and like the tool, I got this HYCHIKA paint gun from Amazon. The Amazon webpage for the product does not mention that it is all made out of plastic except the fan motor. I have never seen a paint spray gun quite like this. It is not an airless spray gun but blows air with a built-in fan. I did not realize what HVLP meant on the webpage, but I know now. It means "High (air) Volume, Low Pressure," which refers to an air gun. My first impression was that it felt and looked like a toy because of the plastic and the color of the gun, but it's got all the controls like the professional spray guns. It comes with 4 different spray nozzles for different paint viscosities. The gun is rather big to hold in your hand but does not weigh much. The paint can is big enough to cover a good-sized area without refilling the gun frequently. However, the paint viscosity cup to gauge the paint viscosity is rather small for a one-gallon paint bucket to pour paint into, so it is advisable to use a ladle to transport the paint. When I first used the gun, I thought the gun was very loud. The fact that you are holding the fan motor blowing air at 30,000 RPM shouldn't be quiet. But it is not as loud as having an air compressor a few feet away from you or an airless spray gun. Despite it being made out of plastic, it works well. It's got built-in 3 different spat patterns. You can easily change the pattern in the middle of the job without using a tool. You must use the trigger to control the flow of the paint. The trigger feels bulky in my bare hand, but if you are wearing a glove, it will be just fine. I recommend you play with the trigger pull to get used to the paint flow. The airflow is constant; therefore, it is all up to the trigger pull to determine the paint density. If you pull the trigger all the way back, a lot of the paint comes out quickly, and the paint will run in no time. I made that mistake a few times on the job. I should have practiced before I used the gun. Cleaning the paint after the job was very straightforward. It's just that I am not used to cleaning plastic parts. So, don't use anything abrasive or solvents to clean the parts, just soap and water. Therefore, this gun is not made to use oil-based paints. The last thing I want to mention is that I don't know how long these plastic parts will last; only time will tell. So far, so good! After I have used the gun for a while, I will make further comments.

Really easy, but a little heavy
I have never used paint gun like this, I always painted with rollers and brushes. This stuff is awesome! Paints a lot faster and it’s so satisfying to watch the surface get covered with paint. It is a bit loud, but it makes sense to me because it is a powerful motor. As others have mentioned it is a bit heavy, but it makes sense since you are holding the motor and the paint in one hand. Im a small girl and it wasn’t too bad. Also, don’t fill up the canister all the way, a little bit of paint goes a long way. Super easy to clean and put together. I used it on kitchen cabinets and they came out amazing! I haven’t tried it on walls, but for cabinets its a must have!

Nice sprayer but a little loud
Hychika Paint Sprayer arrived promptly and packaged nicely. Instruction for using were included however they lacked the nozzle use/descriptions so I printed from the Amazon page where I selected the sprayer. I used the blue nozzle with a latex stain on the sides of a deck. It performed great and is a real time saver. Clean up of the latex stain was simple. I would like to see a cap for the paint container so that you could stop, clean the nozzles and sprayer, put a cap on the paint container and continue with a project a few days later without having to empty the paint container and start over. My main issue with the sprayer is that it is loud. I have never used a sprayer before and maybe this is standard but where I was using in a close community it was an attention grabber. I do recommend the sprayer and think it will be greatly beneficial when spraying items with hard to reach places and where you do not want brush marks.

Easy to use and clean
I needed to get good paint coverage in hard to reach places and this paint sprayer worked great. I was painting the side louvers to a evaporative cooler, which are prone to rust. This spray painter did a nice job and saved a ton of time and work. It was easy to clean also. Highly recommended!

Great sprayer
I want to update my feedback. Even though I had some issues this sprayer works great. It sprays really nice, leaves a really nice surface when done spraying. Really easy to clean up after and they're customer service is second to none. They took really good care of me and got me back up and running again quickly. Thank you for that!

Doesn’t Work
This paint sprayer does not work well. I didn’t even get one used out of it. It clogs immediately. I spent so much time, wiping off the tip and using a little poker that they gave me to unclog it over and over again. The paint came out splotchy. Would not recommend.

Has different spray nozzles
It has different spray nozzles it worked great. We did notice by using the same paint on the 3rd day it did get clogged alot. So my advice is try to use all the paint in the same day. We are very satisfied with it and love that there is different sprays.

I recently purchased the HYCHIKA Paint Sprayer, and I’m absolutely impressed with its performance! The 600W power provides a smooth and even spray, making painting walls, fences, and furniture incredibly easy and efficient. The 1200ML tank is a great size, allowing me to cover a large area without constant refilling. I love the versatility of the 4 nozzle sizes and 3 spray patterns, which make it perfect for different projects. Whether I’m working on detailed furniture pieces or larger surfaces like walls and ceilings, this sprayer handles it all beautifully. Plus, it’s lightweight and comfortable to hold, so I didn’t experience hand fatigue even during longer jobs. Another major plus is the easy cleaning process the included cleaning tools make it hassle-free to maintain, which is a huge bonus. Overall, this paint sprayer has saved me so much time and effort compared to traditional rollers and brushes. If you’re looking for a reliable and affordable paint sprayer, I highly recommend this one!

I wasted two days trying to make this gun work and those two days I wasted I'd be done painting the 2000sq ft space I have to finish. I thought this would be a quicker alternative but I ended up cause me to take more time. I am using a roller and it's what I should have done from the start. Crap don't buy

Purchased to spray paint a car, arrived on time and good condition. Sprays primer really well with not much over spray, was able to spray base but does not work as well as a proper air spray gun. Would highly recommend for a DIY home job.

Very good sprayer. Can get through a lot of fluid in a short time. Trigger adjustment is ok but I left it fully open and governed it by how much I pulled the trigger. Psi I would say is around 23 to 25 estimated. Perfect for fences decorating etc emulsion paint reduce by 15 to 20% and expect to do 4 coats. Even sprayed 2k paint with little orange peel. Decent spray fan, wide open knock it down one segment with finer fluid. All in all a decent spray gun for the money.
