The Samsung 23.5” CF396 curved monitor offers a crisp display with vibrant colors and an immersive viewing experience. Its sleek design fits perfectly on my desk, and the curve really helps reduce eye strain during long work sessions. A solid choice for both work and entertainment!

OVERALL PICTURE QUALITY -> Good. OOTB settings are not optimal but can be adjusted to make the picture look good. (See settings below) VIDEO QUALITY -> Very good TEXT QUALITY -> Fair -> Average BLACK DEPTH -> Average WHITE -> Very good COLORS -> Very good SIZE -> 23.5" diagonal screen view VESA -> The monitor has a VESA mount compatibility, my suggestion is go for a mount. PROS: -Extremely lightweight -Good picture (after settings adjustment) even in bright light -Low price & excellent value for money -VESA Compliant CONS: -Basic monitor with no add-ons like speakers or USB -Don't expect the samsung LED TV quality at this price OVERALL: I recommend the monitor because you won't find anything better at this price. However I do recommend buying a mount so that you have a better viewing angle and won't hurt your neck. The unit I got had been repackaged and missing the screws to the stand which makes it a little unstable. I'm likely going to order 2x27" instead. UPDATE TO SETTINGS If you are not liking the picture quality on your Samsung Monitor particularly if your screen is pale looking, you need to adjust the settings. Samsung should have done a better job at providing this OOTB but they haven't. Please follow these settings in the order listed 1) Goto MENU -> SYSTEM FreeSync: ULTIMATE ENGINE 2) Goto MENU -> PICTURE Brightness: 56 Contrast: 94 Sharpness: 36 (COLOR) Red: 50 Green: 54 Blue: 60 Samsung Magic Upscale: Mode1 HDMI Black level: Low Eye Saver Mode: OFF Game Mode: OFF Leave a comment or upvote if it helps please.

I bought this for my daughter, who uses her computer to do light gaming and watching movies and videos. This computer screen looks bright and crisp. I love the curved screen and how, even at this size, emerges you more than one with a flat screen seems to. This was very budget-friendly and we got everything we were looking for out of a screen. I definitely recommend this screen.

For the low price this monitor fit my needs. I purchased two of these to sit on either end of my Alienware 34" OLED. Naturally they can't compete with the Alien. They're used to hold flight strips and radar screens for my Tower Simulator 3. Don't expect a gaming monitor, but if casual browsing on a tight budget is what you need then these will likely fit the bill.
