The decaler comes with 3 packets, and tge instructions are in colour which is always a bonus, and they are very easy to follow. The results were excellent within minutes of using and one packet did amazing results. I would definitely buy this again. Very good value for money.

I swear by Oust it cleans my kettle like new each time and I hate to see scale build up at all . I haven’t used it in my iron as I only use distilled water on that . Very effective from the word go and descaling starts in seconds I haven’t used tried other but Oust for me and it’s really value for money Just follow the simple instructions and you can’t go wrong

I agree with another review the instructions about letting the water cool for 10mins, it works much better if it is put into boiling water. Having said that if you have a kettle that is badly stained it takes more than one, I had a old kettle that hadn't been used for ages which I did consider throwing out, it took three sachets before it was cleaned, but it did come up very clean in the end. Even the kettle I use every day and is cleaned regularly and was not badly stained still took two sachets.
