I have used this natural chocolate protein for many years and was not happy when ON discontinued it. I kept checking periodically for it and saw the vanilla come back first. I was hopeful the chocolate would be added and was happy to see it eventually return. I go through a container pretty quickly, so I hope the large tubs will soon be available to buy. Thank you for a quality product without all the added trash ingredients. It mixes fine with a spoon and tastes good too.

Mixed one scoop with 8oz of soy milk and 1 tsp of ON Creatine and was pleasantly surprised - it just tasted like chocolate milk. No underlying 'protein powder' texture or unpleasant aftertaste. This is a protein powder I can look forward to having instead of choking it down. One negative I'll give - why the heck is the tub so huge when it is only half full? I weighed it and sure enough there is 2lb of product, but the tub could be half the size. Wasteful packaging, more expensive to ship, more difficult to store on a shelf.

This doesn’t have that nasty Diet Coke fryer taste due to the natural flavor it is kinda low in protein but add an extra scoop it so good

This product is great for shakes and adding in oatmeal and stuff. It's not the best taste but its quality protein. Put it in your blender or nutra bullet for best mixability.

Great taste and it's a fine powder so you can just mix it with a normal spoon, no blender needed! Once I found this I never went back to any other protein shake. The recover affect is amazing. It feels like you didn't even workout. I have noticed a dramatic change in my appearance. I would recommend this shake to anybody.

This dissolves easily in water, milk, yogurt, oatmeal just about anything I've put any of this brand in. A majority of protein powders are full of all of the artificial sweeteners, all of the "tols" which are worse than anything else when it comes to triglycerides and all sorts of other things. The flavors of this are as good as any of the others I've used through the years.

The natural chocolate flavor's taste depends a lot upon what it is mixed in and how much of said liquid is used. From my experience, water alone, even in very small amounts as low as 4 fluid ounces left the shake tasting a bit thin and watered down. This becomes noticibly worse with greater amounts. However, I tried it with milk (even fat free) and the consistency becomes exactly how I wanted it to be all along. It tastes like a good protein shake and not like I mixed cocoa powder and a little sugar in water. Based on my experiences with other natural chocolate shakes mixed with water that have been enjoyable, this product falls a bit short if all you want to use is water. Nevertheless, the ingredients are very good for the price, just simple things I'm comfortable with drinking often: no artificial sweeteners. This product could just be formulated to taste a bit thicker in water.

I prefer the taste of this variety of ON whey to the regular ones, which are way too sweet IMO. The chocolate tastes great, definitely more mild and “natural” tasting compared to the regular but in a good way. Husband tried it too, he’s really picky but he says he liked it. Haven’t tried the vanilla flavor so can’t comment on that but the chocolate is a winner for sure.
