Best tea maker love it

bought on February 19 and were happy with the purchase, but today is May 16 and it stopped heating the water, although the indicators are on and functioning. used it correctly and took care of it, disappointed in the quality? hoping for a replacement under warranty

The innovation is perfect but the quality of outer plastic is not good

Use good (clean) water, otherwise it gets limescale.

I had the product for 5 months and used it to brew tea once a week then suddenly it went faulty. It is ashame as this was my second time purchase. The first time i returned the product as it was leaking water. I had no luck with this product so i DO NOT recommend it at all.

Making tea is a pleasure and it brews very well and when it is ready it speaks and says your tea is ready. I like it so much worth every penny.

I like it overall but you can not see the water level for the back tank which is directly effecting the tea brewing. There is a part that should be transparent that needs to help you to check the water level but obviously it is not.

This is by far the worst product I have purchased over the last 10 years. I originally bought this for my wife as a Christmas present. She loved it, as I don’t drink tea she could make as much or as little Turkish tea as she liked. It lasted a week, so we returned it and ordered another one. As soon as we filled up this one it leaked everywhere. Sent it back again. Steer well clear of this company. Terrible, absolutely terrible.
