I love Starbucks mocha and this makes it at home.

It was seems like resealed.
I opened the package, it was dent few area . But small. My concern is safe to drink?? seems like safety seal is not all the way , it was open and resealed. See the coco power on the tape. Can’t refund. I’m very disappointed.
