I like the softening and health benefits of the shower head. Really work, it softens the water and is good for skin and hair. I impressed with the quality and performance of the product. I'm very happy with filter quality and ease of installation. But since the install I've seen visible effects on my hair fall and skin allergies and it has worked wonders to curb them too. Definitely recommend buying it!!! it’s a fantastic product, easy to install and use, catridge replacement indicator works incredibly well.

I purchased this product 1.5 months back, the experience has been great, water in my society has odour or has some murkiness to it. After using the water science filter, the water feels soft, odourless and clean. After 1 month, the filter broke unexpectedly and the beads leaked into the shower-head, which ended up clogging it. I raised this to the customer support which they responded back to in less than 12 hours and arranged for a product replacement. The support was really helpful. Pros - ease of installation - works as advertised - great customer support Cons - filter quality can be improved to handle higher water pressure (my assumption of why my filter broke) - Shower-head isn’t metal/stainless steal Giving 4 stars for now, will update to 5 after 6 months of use.

I’ve been using the WaterScience shower filter for a while now, and the difference is clearly noticeable. Hair fall has completely stopped, and my scalp feels much healthier, especially considering the harsh water conditions in Noida. Skin dryness and irritation have reduced significantly—clearly the filter does a solid job at blocking hard minerals and chlorine. Installation was quick and hassle-free. You don’t need a plumber or any tools—it fits on most showers seamlessly. Maintenance is also cost-effective; the cartridges last reasonably long, and replacing them doesn’t strain the wallet. From a value-for-money standpoint, this is one of the most practical purchases for anyone dealing with hard water in urban areas. Performance, durability, and affordability align well. It doesn’t overpromise, but it absolutely delivers where it matters: hair, skin, and long-term health.

⭐ 1/5 – Absolute waste of money This water softener is nothing but a glorified plastic box. I installed it exactly as instructed, waited patiently, followed every “maintenance” tip, and guess what? Zero difference. My water is just as hard as before. The limescale buildup didn’t reduce, soap still doesn’t lather properly, my skin feels dry, and my hair is as rough as ever. If this thing is supposed to “soften” water, then it clearly has no idea what its job is. What’s even more frustrating is the false marketing. Big claims, fancy words, and not a single real-world result. It doesn’t soften, doesn’t improve water quality, and definitely doesn’t justify its price. I could’ve saved money by doing literally nothing — the outcome would’ve been the same. This product gives a false sense of improvement while quietly doing absolutely nothing. I feel cheated, and I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone unless they enjoy throwing money away. Avoid at all costs.

It’s very convenient that no plumber is required; everything can be easily fitted in minutes. Truly appreciate the thoughtful packaging and user-friendly design. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an effective and easy-to-install shower filter!

Good packaging and information leaflet provided. Easy installation instructions also. It's been a couple of days only and it's too early to gauge the effectiveness. Will post an edited review in a month's time. The only downside (that's the reason for the 4 star raring) is that the spanner provided doesn't serve the purpose. Would have been good if some Teflon tape has also been provided. Had to use a wrench to complete the job.
