Dissatisfied
Coming from someone that’s been a loyal Maxi Cosi customer, I’m so disappointed. My car seat is literally falling apart. The sunshade will not stay up and it’s falling off of my car seat (literally) It will not stay clipped in on the sides or stay up. The cover on the car seat will not stay on, it’s lifting on both sides of the car seat. The car seat is so hard to lock and unlock off the base, etc. I emailed Customer Service about this issue because I’m not even sure if my baby is safe in this car seat because it’s all coming apart but I haven’t heard back. I’d go with another car seat and stroller. Especially for this price.
