Why did you pick this product vs others?: I was hesitant to order glass online but after reading the reviews I decided to give this a try and it worked greatly. It was a bit pricey but I’m beyond satisfied with the perfect measure and quality of the glass, and with the ease of getting this ordered and delivered without having to leave my home. They also marked up the box where it came in to make sure the delivery person was aware this was glass and to treat with care. The process of ordering a custom cut of glass is very straightforward and includes a redundant check to ensure that they receive the right order....unfortunately, I wrote down the wrong size while measuring, and the glass that arrived (early and in excellent condition, a beautiful looking cut) was exactly what I ordered in height and width, and perfect thickness, but two inches larger than I actually needed. Oops! I reached out to the seller to confirm that it was my error and not theirs (it was entirely my fault), and they wrote back almost instantly and offered me the correct cut of glass free of charge! I'm so grateful to these kind people for their precisely cut, high quality, durable cuts of glass, and for their generosity in the face of my mistake. 5/5 stars

The glass came quickly, considering it was made to order. Measurements are pretty precise and the glass was well packaged.

During a recent move our table top glass was broken. Without the glass, it was trash. I decided to give them a try and the new glass fit perfectly now we are back to being able to use our table again. The manufacturer did call to ensure my measurements were precise because once it’s cut to my specifications there are no refunds for that type of error, understandably so too. I elected to pay a little more to have the edges smoothed /polished and I’m glad I did because I didn’t get cut while placing it in the tight quarters.

The product and company are both fantastic. I ordered replacement glass for my wood-burning fireplace, not realizing that while they have supplied heat-resistant glass, it was not going to be a good fit for my fireplace due to the proximity of heat to the glass itself. While this was no fault of the company, they were understanding when I explained my situation and gave me a full refund when I reported my broken product after installation. I couldn’t be happier with the fact that I am able to use that money to find a different glass product for my fireplace. Their response time was prompt and the accommodation pleasantly unexpected. The glass was otherwise shipped and delivered within a week of ordering with great stabilization to prevent damage in the process. Though it didn’t work out for my need, I would highly recommend this product and company for anyone looking to order a glass product.
