Some malfunction
I’ve tried this vein finder during a routine vaccination session with my niece, who’s just over a year old. The O-shaped design made it easy to slide under her tiny hand, and within seconds, the veins on the back of her hand were clearly visible. It helped reduce the guesswork and the number of pricks, which made the whole process less stressful for everyone involved. The size and shape of the device make it simple to handle even when you’re holding a wiggly baby with one hand and inserting a needle with the other. It’s lightweight and fits in a pocket, so I could keep it nearby without any hassle. Charging it with a basic micro USB cable is also convenient—didn’t have to hunt around for any special charger. It’s definitely not for adults, but for babies and toddlers, it gives a clear view of small veins, which helps a lot when precision really matters. But saying that it not always 100% ie light has some malfunction and wont come on sometimes

Pediatric is considered birth to 16. This vein finer didn't work on a 11 year old nor would it work on a slightly robust toddler. Not near bright enough.

The best infrared device for pediatric patients. I test many devices. this one is the best by far. The only thing that need to be improved is the usb port, it does not connect smoothly you need to try few times until the usb fit in.

It really is a very powerful light. As an adult, with light skin, I can easily see my veins.
