Growing up, the default brand for waves was Murray's & Lester's. I hated the smell and the chemicals that were used. Most of my adult life I've had grown my hair out to avoid the du rag, 24/7 brushing, Wb just dedication it required to train waves. As a person who likes to spend little time getting ready, I was so happy to find this pomade/ gel. I was skeptical of the reviews but this is truly a great product. I see the wave formation instantly when I apply it on my hand and it doesn't feel heavy or greasy. Something you want to avoid in the summer. Also haven't had any issues with it sweating out even when recently in Mexico. I like the smell a lot and it comes out very easy in the shower. Great price and overall very easy to travel with in the compact container.
