Purchased March ‘25, no problems at all! Take public transport, and despised lugging home heavy bottles of water, waiting for transport that is usually unreliable, then have to carry on long walk home. Was extremely hopeful! Tested water, was perfect! Water tastes fine, absolutely no mold problems (keep away from heat and windows to avoid temperature fluctuation), am respectful of design and careful not to overfill. After charging and set up the charge lasted about 5mths when light then turned red. Still worked until I charged, but stayed red afterwards. This didn’t affect anything, just a color change. Then, one day, about a week ago, light had suddenly turned blue again. Still, no change to quality. Haven’t yet had to change filter but had purchased set of 3 as spares, in case of what was becoming obvious…tariffs. Now that workers have finally been paid, am just about to purchase another! …and, spare filters! Heh! Heh! Am Really, Truly, happy with this product!

Love this! Lasts way longer in between fill ups than I thought. Family of five! Only need to fill up 2x per week. And we drink a decent amount of water. Water tastes great. We keep it in the fridge and it works great. We’ve had it for about 2 months and have only re-charged it once

I wanted to buy a water dispenser that helps us to reduce the consumption of bottled water. I’ve tried a few alternatives in the past but they didn’t really work out. Either the water didn’t taste very good or something else. This one so far has been performing excellent. In terms of the taste of water and I am so glad to say that our bottled water consumption has significantly reduced thanks to this dispenser. After reading the reviews I was a bit apprehensive of the water dispensing slowing after some time but since June this has been doing great. No dispensing issues, I charge it once in a few weeks and it never got out of battery. The filter works well, i was of the notion that it may be very slow but no complaints. This dispenser has a decent size and very elegant design. Looks great on our kitchen island. Highly recommend for anyone looking to cut plastic waste and enjoy great-tasting water.

Update: I got a new set of filters, working with them was quite easy. I gave the new filters a try and they perform much better than the one out of the box. If you notice lots of particulates in the water after filtering, its worth a shot to get some replacements. Maybe a bad batch or previous revision of filters perform worse. Overall much happier this time around. I'll have to see how a future filter functions for consistency, but overall its a much better product when a functioning filter is attached. Old: Why did you pick this product vs others?: Although the concept is amazing,it seems like the main point of being a water filter is an after thought. After using this for a bit, I noticed that the water actually looks significantly worse coming out of the filter than going in. I had a TDS meter from a previous pitcher I used and measured the tap water and got roughly 20TDS. After running it through the filter it spiked shockingly to about 59 TDS. Decided to flush the filter for an extensive period. I filled the pitcher and lit it run though the filter about 10 times. Emptied the water out and everything. There was an improvement and now I get a reading of about 25TDS. Still higher than the tap water but not by much. Taste test the filtered water still taste better than the tap, but not much better than even some cheap store brand waterbottles. Arrowhead water taste better and cleaner than this. Looking at the water itself there are still lots of particulates in there. Customer service says it may be carbon particles from the filter. Should be harmless and safe to drink. Which comes to my question... what's the point? Why need a water filter? To improve TDS, or remove fluoride, or chlorine? Just one or all of the above? For me, I prefer a cleaner water experience and I just don't think this checks all the boxes. I'm sure it filteres a lot of contaminates. The strange thing for me is that the tap water already has contaminates that are in the safe zone for drinking but I don't want them. So having carbon particles that should be harmless and also safe to drink, well I also don't want them there. Maybe I got a bad one, but this just doesn't seem to be the filter for me. But hey its a nice water dispenser.....

Great water purifier. Pumps out pretty fast. Mich faster than I was expecting. I love that unlike a regular Brita pitcher you don't have to take forever to fill it up.

Super simple to use and easy change filters. Hardly any set up at all and you could probably figure it out even without the included instructions. It does make noise but not overly so. It's a nice big size which works for our family, three of us being heavy water drinkers. It fills a glass or bottle quickly which I really love. The water tastes excellent and has no odor at all. I will never be without this little machine. It also looks nice on the counter and is super easy to clean.

Había estado funcionando pero hoy al cambiarle el filtro se volvió loco, es el filtro indicado pero se acciona solo, he tenido que trapear la cocina 3 veces, ya lo desconecte y sigue accionándose por el mismo. Que pena que no es nada barato y solo funcione por 3 meses

Water dispenser has a long battery and filter life and works great. Because it is battery powered it is very convenient for travel and for moving around when needed!
