Very smooth and creamy
This cocoa is milder tasting than others but has excellent flavor and smoothness, partially owing to its higher fat content. Ideal for Keto recipes.

not as chocolaty as the Dutch process
Guittard makes another unsweetened cocoa that I would recommend over this. It's Dutch process, comes in a red can and is much tastier. This is good but I prefer the other.
