Griddle and hub shipped separate, and arrived approximately a week apart. I didn’t get shipping info for the hub via typical Amazon process, causing initial concern but after calling Solo Stove was updated. After receiving both, seasoned the griddle and christened it with a juicy steak, worked beautifully!

This is such a fun accessory to our small solo stove. Last weekend we sat outside and cooked onions peppers brats and potatoes while we enjoyed our yard. Fun way to cook and relax

Works great, nice to sit around fire and cook

Product was sold by Amazon and shipped by Solo Stoves. This was supposed to be a solo bonfire stove hub and griddle combination package. However, today only the griddle arrived and no hub. Called Solo Stove and they said that Solo bonfire hub was on backorder and not available for another month. Solo Stove says that they have told Amazon not to show that combination packages are available when hubs are not available. I am very disappointed with purchase delivery situation.

Did not ship the hub stand. No response.

Very hard to cook anything but hot dogs and marshmallows. Hard to get seasoned. Messaged customer service they were very friendly but didn’t help. Update, part was missing will update when able to use complete package.
