Really excellent masher, one solid piece of stainless steel and well made. The mashing end is strong, a good shape and it has just the right amount of surface area, making it great for small and large pans. The handle is solid, smooth and just the perfect size, with a very pleasing shape... Oops, that'll be the 3rd visit to A&E since I got this "masher", it's starting to get embarrassing!
