Needed it for parts to repair a blind. Did the job.

The mechanism itself is ok, (even though I had to put a turn or two of duck tape round it to make it fit our roller blind tube) However, the beads on the string broke off a few times when raising the blind, making the chain pull right out. Also, the brackets seem a bit flimsy for our liking, definitely more flimsy than the old ones, but we could not use them as they were different to these.We threw the chain away and bought a metal one for £5 off here, and that seems to work fine at the moment.

Cheap way to repair old plastic fitting this is stronger as metal .

This fits as a replacement very simply but the cord, beads and joining method would be suited to lightweight small blinds as our medium size blind required the joins and beads to be replaced in less than a week of daily use. So removed this and swapped plastic for metal beads.

I should really be scoring it less stars, but because of the price I can’t complain. When you pull the beads to close the curtains, the part where it joins keeps coming apart because it’s under a lot of pressure very difficult to pull so I roll the blinds manually but I’m not going to harm the company with less than the five stars

Good quality metal brackets and tube inserts, came with screws and plugs. Pull cord could be better but is adequate and can be cut to length with scissors if too long .Overall satisfied and Replaced broke fitting without need to get whole new blind.
