I like how well it is made

I bake a lot of sourdough bread and pizzas, and this is perfect for the light dusting of flour on the work surface. I no longer need to dip my hands in flour/get my hands dirty/waste flour.In my first order, the lid wouldn't stay on securely. I was able to exchange for a non-defective one. In the new one, the lid stays on but it feels just a tad flimsy. Overall, good value for product though.
